THE CAT FLAP

Well, the Devil's Advocate has come, seen and sown the seeds of blogdom in the mind of the Brindle one. She, in turn, purred and stirred then hemmed and hawed but not for long. Brindle wisdom will thus spring forth forthwith.

Blindness and sight

I hazard a guess
Today, like every day
At the things I'm shown.

Your subtle presence
Hints at better alchemy.
Help me get nearer.

It's been a long time.
You have persevered with me
As the old square pegs

Wouldn't fit round holes:
The voices the voices drummed
Their shared square peg-ness.

I learnt to love them.
My new truths command silence
In their fair presence.
